Processing 

We process your order within 1 - 2 business days. When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number for your order.

Shipping

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne. Delivery time to metropolitan areas will be 1 - 2 business days. Delivery time to WA, NT and regional areas will be 3 - 5 business days.

We provide free shipping for orders over $300. Flat shipping fee will be applied on orders below $300.

We have absorbed part of the shipping fee to lower the total shipping cost you will spend. Based on your order's weight, tiered shipping rate will be applied. If your order is above 20 kg, we will advise your shipping fee shortly after you place your order.

Return Policy

• Return of goods will not be accepted unless approval is given by the Ceralife. Ceralife will not be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned goods.
• Any goods returned to the Company must be in a resaleable condition, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Where goods have been incorrectly supplied, are faulty or have been damaged in transit, the Customer undertakes to notify the Company within 14 days of receipt of the goods and agrees that no claims for losses, damaged or faulty goods will be binding on the company after this time.
• Ceralife may at, is sole direction, issue a credit for the goods or exchange them.
